About EpiCor®

EpiCor is made by putting brewer’s yeast, S. cerevisiae through a special fermentation process that produces a unique collection of postbiotics: specific beneficial proteins, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fiber, and other nutrients. Multiple studies have shown that EpiCor improves constipation and GI discomfort in humans, and promotes positive microbiome composition changes in people with various digestive issues.


Additional studies found that EpiCor promotes healthy immune responses in dogs. Great product for my Older Dog

My Coco has allergies and issues with having very soft stools! She has been on DoggyBoime approximately 2 months and I have noticed an incredible change. Thank you for this incredible product

Great product for my 2 Dogs!

I have been using the product now for about a month. I can already see a difference in how they are feeling, both have had past health issues and this product definitely makes a difference. Their coat looks shinier and healthier, no vomiting from an upset tummy, and stools looks normal. They also love the taste, so much easier than getting them to take a pill! Love the chewable form, easier to ensure it goes down and they are getting the supplements they need daily. Definitely recommended to keep your dog healthy and happy!

Wonderful product for Fluffy and her loved ones!

This chew is great; it forms the grand finale of a game we play every day. After supper and a little rough-housing I open the jar and let her take one for herself (just one.) Fluffy has been battling several health issues for the past year all of which require medicines including antibiotics, so she is getting the pre-pro-biotics every day and finally the post-biotic Epicor. She is 10 pounds light and15 years old and doing pretty well, which I attribute to the Prepro and Epicor. Here's hoping her allergy-itches dissipate over time.

What is a postbiotic?

As the tiny beneficial organisms in the gut carry out their daily metabolic processes, they produce “waste” compounds, some of which have potent anti-inflammatory properties. These are called postbiotics and they support gut health and boost immune function. EpiCor® is a yeast fermentate that is packed with these helpful anti-inflammatory compounds.

Is this supplement right for my dog?

DoggyBiome Immune Shield can be taken by dogs of all ages. However, safe use during pregnancy or breeding has not been tested.

How long should my dog stay on this supplement?

Your dog can take DoggyBiome ImmuneShield on a daily and ongoing basis. Improvement in skin conditions may take 2-3 months. If your dog’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop administration and consult your veterinarian.

Can I continue my dog’s other supplements and medications?

Yes, you may continue your dog’s other supplements and medications.

Are there any risks associated with this supplement?

Some dogs really like the taste of these chews, so be mindful of the recommended dosage. Unless directed by your veterinarian, do not exceed twice the daily recommended dose.

Does the palm oil ingredient come from sustainable sources?
