Pill Putty Saves the Day!

My very finicky dog has to take 3 pills daily for extended treatment of a pneumonia-like infection; fortunately, she likes both the salmon and the peanut butter flavors. Pill putty is the best coating I've found to either pill her or disguise the pills in her food. It goes down much more easily in a sore throat than pill pockets, doggy peanut butter, cheese, butter, or anything else I've tried AND you can adjust the coating to the pill for best coverage. Pill putty was recommended to me by my local hospital veterinarian when I had tried all the other options listed. We've now been using it for about 3 months.

Awesome - even tricks the pug into taking pills

Our 14 year old pug can detect a pill from a mile away and gets suspicious of any changes in her food. But if I wrap the pill in this pill putty and then dip it in her regular wet food, she’ll eat the pill! Amazing.

Best idea I've seen in a long time!

I have to give my dog 3 different pills a day - supplements. With this you tailor the putty to cover the size of the pill. Sometimes just need a thin cover and sometimes a thicker one. So much better than a fixed size pill pocket. On top of that my dog loves the salmon. No more prying her mouth open and hoping she swallows it instead of getting wasted. She thinks it's a treat.

The only problem is I need to order more soon and salmon is out of stock! She is allergic to chicken and hasn't ever liked peanut butter.
Hope the salmon is back in stock soon....

Salmon pill putty.

I have two cats with food allergies. The salmon pill putty is not specifically for them but for my senior with kidney disease. I just don’t want an additional issue if the allergy twins get ahold of something, and there are occasions with pet sitters where I might use it with them. My senior takes her pills well with the pill putty and I’m confident that if I had to, I could use this with my allergy twins.

WORTH IT!

This company needs the highest praises for focusing on our fur baby's sensitive guts! My 14 year old Golden Retriever has advanced GI Disease and suffers many blow outs due to sensitivities. This company focuses on the sensitive tummies and provides products that help us pet parents on a daily basis! My golden LOVES this pill putty! He gets 10+ pills a day and it is a a godsend! My only problem is they do no offer it in bigger sized containers. I do buy multiple jars often due to the amount of pills he takes. I would love to get bigger jars of this! Highly recommend!
