Take care when filling the capsules. Do not crush, bend, puncture, or otherwise manipulate the capsule, as this can damage the acid-resistant coating. Capsules will dissolve in water; be sure to use dry, gloved hands and keep away from water.


Ensure the capsules are completely closed and avoid overfilling.


Administering smaller doses of the Gut Restore will result in a longer time before seeing results.

Use the powdered supplement or medication of your choice to fill the capsules. Each capsule holds about 168 mg.

60 empty size 4 (extra-small) acid-resistant capsules. Each capsule is 0.563” (14.3 mm) in length when closed. Each capsule is 0.209” (5.32 mm) in diameter.


Capsules are comprised of HPMC, or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
